Sourced directly from a tea farmer in Yame, Japan, Matcha 04 is a single-origin matcha made exclusively from the Kirari 31 cultivar.

Known for its vibrant, bright green colour, Kirari 31 offers a rich umami character with a clean, refreshing finish. It’s smooth and full-bodied, with a naturally sweet depth that makes it enjoyable both on its own and in a latte.

Designed to be enjoyed as usucha (thin tea), koicha (thick tea), or premium matcha lattes.
