Shipping Time

- Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

- Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist in contacting the carrier and investigating any delivery issues. However, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Returns & Exchanges

- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.

*Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
