Shipping Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Local Pickup
- Orders are available for pickup only after you have received a "Ready for Pickup" email. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Thursday Matcha is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
